Shabby is vary vary happy that so many git well wishes were sent to Kalin and thare famly. He gave me an update on Kalin's rekuvvery. We all have owr paws krost!!!!

Thank you for all your prayers and good wishes. Kalin had exploratory surgery today and Dr. Ashley Weinberg, DVM, found and dissected out a large tumor in Kalin's intestine. She also found that the intestine had wrapped around itself and was causing further bowel obstruction. Dr. Weinberg removed some fluids from an enlarged lymph node for later biopsy.
(Pleeze note that even tho Kalin is sporting a shaved tummy, heer, I didn't look, Daisy, becuz yer shaved tummy is the only tummy for me!) I will be sending Kalin a card with all the names frum the blog comments and frum the FOS Git Well Forum, so if yoo wunt yer name to be inklooded and yoo haven't alreddy dun so, leeve a comment and I'll add yoo!Kalin will spend one evening at the Vet after her operation to ensure her well-being. This is Kalin's first class accommodations inside the Vet clinic. We later posted all her Catster email/well wishes on the walls of her suite!

Boy am I happy that Kalin is getting better. I can't wait until she gets to go home. Her doctor is pretty! I visited Kalin's Catster page, but I fergot to go see Shabby. I am going there now.

Kalin is HOME!!and doing very well. She is eating and drinking. She is moving a bit slowly but otherwise is doing great! She will write to you all when she is better but for now she is so touched by all the love and purrport she has received. Iam so glad my sister is home! Much love to all of you for your purryers!!
