WOW! I never knew Peeps were so important. No wonder they taste so delicious. If I get to taste another one, I think I will have to spit out the eyes; I didn't know the eyeballs were made of wax. Skeezix, thanks for doing this important research. I like to learn about snacks.

Oh I think if I liked to eat Peeps, which I don't, the PINK ones would be the best. Maybe I should make Mom look for a Peep kitty though.

A few years ago I saw a photo on the internet of the "passion play" made out of peeps. Now... I always thought the passion play had something to do with ... (whispers) that nasty thing that Tripper does to Tiger -- but apparently it has some religious meaning... something about Jesus and the crucifixion.

I've been looking for that Peeps internet photo but to no avail.

BTW -- nice blog entry about Peeps. I'm fascinated by them now. I need to get my paws on some.

Brit Kitty question here - what are Peeps made from? We don't have them in the UK. Are they made from sugar, or coloured chocolate, or what? I can't tell from the pictures!

That's a lot of stuff about Peeps! We don't get them here much. The Big One likes to let them get all old, which my OTW thinks is yucky, but she doesn't like mashmallow anyway.

She does like like doing something she calls "Frank and Steining" I don't know who Frank or Steining are though.

Since you seem to be the Peeps expert, I need to ask for my forthcoming "Vishus Deer in the Media" expose, do they make vishus deer Peeps?

I have always assumed that everybody hates the taste and texture of peeps like I do. they are cute, so I assume that people buy them for their looks but throw them away uneaten. Now I'm thinking, "Maybe not." Thanks for coming by my blog.
