Wall-Kliming Wenzday
Mr Tasty Face tot me a new extreeme sport: Rock Kliming. Since he's a rok klimer, he thot it wood be good to teech me rok kliming, ixsept that we don't have any big roks or mowntins inside owr howse, so he deesided to teech me how to klime up the chimney.He lays my faverit toy -- my string -- in one of the lines of morter, wich is the groovd gray part of the chimney. Then he tells me to klime up to git the string. I have to find littul footholds and fingerholds to werk my way up the string. No one is beelaying me and I'm not waring a safetey harniss. It's whut yoo call "free-kliming." It is vary danjerus becuz I cood plummet to the floor beelow with just the slitest misstep. I'm lukky becuz my SoftPaws make it eezier to klime than my naked toenales do.
Next stop: El Kapitan, in Yosemittey.

When I was little and Mom took me out to the back yard while I was in training for yard patrols, I could climb straight up the stucco wall! I haven't tried that in a while....

We has 2 walls like this in our house - we have climbed both of them all the way to da ceiling (then Mommakitty had to help us down - after that we was too embarrassed to try again)

Omigosh, Daisy is gonna faint. Look at yoor mussels, dat is a furry manly. The cat that came before, Punkin, did dat on da side of our old howse when she was little. After a while she coodent do it no more. She wayed 18 pounds when she was fully growed up.
Very atheletic moves... shows off your muscles which we are sure Daisy will be very impressed. Please do be careful - we don't want you to plumment to the floor below

What a MANLY sport!
I like to jump reely high, and make deth defiing leaps from the top of meowmy's piano to bookcase to fireplace mantle, to curio cabinet top. It makes owr meowmy gasp reel loud when Dagger and me go for the "just under the ceiling" Bengal races. Maybe if meowmy evur getz a moovie camera, she will make movies of her "stunt" cats.
Meowmy used to haf doo-dads on the hi shelfs, but had to tak them all down, cause the doo-dads kep fallin and brakin.
But we don't get front paw mussles from leaping like the rock climbin yur doin'!!
We're sur Daizy (and all the uther girl catz) ar vury imprezd!
We dint like the tonail caps - it reduced owr braking powr an meowmy wuz fraid we'd slide off the end of the mantle and crak owr skulls on the harth be-lo.
